It’s all about the core.

As a professional rugby player, I gained valuable knowledge and experience training with world-class fitness trainers. I have trained fellow teammates throughout my 14-year career and I was the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Chicago Lions Rugby Football Club. I am a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. In addition, I am also qualified through AthletiCo to run Speed Enhancement Programs, and I am CPR/AED certified through the Red Cross.

Through my experience I have been able to work closely with physical therapists to ensure that the transition from recovery is a smooth one. I tailor every work out to the specific needs of my clients, taking into account their unique strengths and limitations. I train a wide spectrum of clients ranging from young athletes and older adults to professional athletes and performers developing new exercises to maximize their experience.

My philosophy is to train the core, improve balance and flexibility, and maximize performance results through functional strength training.
